Craniosacral Therapy is a listening therapy:

the hands listen to the body which stores our history in our tissues.

It is a holding therapy:

through  informed, neutral, therapeutic touch and conscious presence,

the practitioner supports and contains the client’s process.

This facilitates the body’s attempts to heal, paving the way to physical, emotional  and psychological well-being.

Healing is an innate faculty of the human body.

Craniosacral Therapy maintains health by stimulating the body’s ability to regulate itself. As such it treats the whole person and has a wide range of applications. Although Craniosacral Therapists neither diagnose nor claim to cure specific diseases, people come with numerous conditions and syndromes which have responded positively to this gentle approach to body work.
